Thomas Holliman, Founder of TH Mentality.
From a young age, sport and fitness shaped my life, but I had no idea how pivotal weight training would become. At 16, I discovered the power of lifting—finding strength not just in my body but in my mind. The structure, the progression, and the sense of accomplishment week after week lit a fire in me. Helping others reach their goals only deepened my love for this lifestyle.
But life isn’t always a straight forward, I found myself working and like many, I struggled with mental health.
Training fell by the wayside.
The lack of balance and structure in my life took a toll leaving me searching for more.
It wasn’t until I reconnected with structured weight training and created a balanced routine that I found the strength to overcome my demons. Training wasn’t just about physical milestones—it became the foundation for reclaiming my life.
Now, this is my mission: to help others conquer their challenges, find their strength, and achieve their goals—week by week, milestone by milestone. Together, we can rise above life’s challenges.
Together, we will beat those demons and build stronger, fitter, and more resilient lives.
